Rance started racing when he was 10 at Fruitland Speedway Park, in his first race he finished third and his third race he won and he was hooked ever since.In his third year of racing he won his first championship. On Setember 9th, 2008 won his first natoinal in the Florida Divisional Dirt Series at Volusia.He is currently running a series that is called the Florida Champ Kart League He is 2nd in JR Champ Flathead behind Austin Pray
